  Working as a Sales Representative for a major Health Care company, I had to visit the rectory to obtain the name of the person that ran the St. Anselm Senior Group in order to schedule a seminar and the lady I had to speak to at the rectory was rude and arrogant and for whatever biased reason kept dwelling on my last name. No need to say anything more.
