  I'd give it 5 stars but during my Uncles service they dropped the casket and his body fell out.

  Monti- Rago Funeral Home by far is one of the most professional in the business. I needed assistance for my aunt's funeral mass and they were there to provide moral support quickly during a very difficult time. Every detail was planned perfectly and efficiently. I could not be more grateful.

  Mark Rago was the funeral director when our Dad passed away. My Dad was sick for a few years and was emaciated at the time of his death. What Mark did was nothing short of a miracle. He brought Dad back three years in time when he was vibrant and handsome. The accommodations were wonderful. The funeral parlor is newly renovated, tastefully decorated, and the rest rooms were clean and neat. My Dad was 96 and an elevator was an important feature for our elderly family members and friends. Mark suggested a place to have our pictures put into a video. The video was professionally made, and the video could be seen on three cameras, which included the basement. In fact, Mark made excellent suggestions for things we did not think of.
  
  At all times, Mark and his staff were sympathetic and accommodating. Although Dad was a stranger to them, they could not have been more respectful of him and of our feelings for our loss.
  
  Needless to say, I would highly recommend Monti-Rago Funeral Home to anyone. In fact, I have a terminal illness and have already contracted with Mark to take care of me when God finds room at the pinochle table.

  I'm not sure why Monti-Rago Funeral Home has any reviews lower than a 5+ ? The serivices and attention to detail for my mom was extraordinary. My mom was beautiful and certainly appeared peaceful.That in itself made my heart at rest. But, not just details given for my mom, but Mark and Nick and the entire staff went well above and beyond with details, and completeness with every part. Step by step was reviewed and all questions were answered. There was no hidden fees because everything is written down on paper before payment. My family members have used Monti over many years and never had a complaint, just total satisfaction! Thank you Monti-Rago Funeral Home.

  Monti-Rago Funeral staff, Mark and Nick, guided my daughter and I through the funeral process. From service, obit, restaurant for repast, flowers, and more. I needed help and they were helpful. Thank you. It is an awful time in a persons life to put to rest a loved one. They made it somewhat easier by helping us through the process, they asked the right questions and listened to what we had to say. The place is clean and well kept, safe and the service was lovely. I don't understand why they would have anything other then 5-stars. Thank you Monti-Rago for all your help.
